Here is information on the condition of the roof and the gutters I was able to gather while cleaning the gutters for you at your house in Orange CT. The following pictures probably tell you more about what was done than I could write out in a description. Basically the roof looks fairly new and the condition of it is good. The chimney has been worked on and may need a little more attention in the near future. The chimney cap is cracked and some repointing could be done. Certainly the gutters needed cleaning as you can see in the pictures. There was no immediate item that I could see that needs immediate attention.
