you, the homeowner of the property at the time Leaf DefierŪ
was installed, that when installed in the manner specified by
Monzi, Inc., this product will keep gutters from becoming
clogged and overflowing as a result of the interior of the
gutter or downspouts filling up with debris such as leaves,
twigs, pine needles, or
seeds.
